TERMS OF SERVICE
Disclaimer: By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to my services and following conditions.Please read my T.O.S carefully as it has important information you may need to know before you consider commissioning me. I will revoke your commission if you do not agree to these terms.If you are not comfortable and/or are not okay with my Terms of Service,
do not request a commission.
GENERAL TERMS
‣ You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a commission from me.
‣ The artist reserve the rights to refuse and/or cancel a commission for any reason with or without any further explanation.‣ I do work with deadlines but you must contact me 1-2 months in advance if you want the commission to be finished before the specific date.
schedule and communication
‣ I work with art commissions through Sunday to Thursday
(GMT-4) but there will be times that i will go out of my way to work on weekends as well!‣ I can however, message whenever i am available and we can discuss about the commission.‣ Turnaround time varies depending how busy i am. (excluding weekends/holidays)
Also understand that if you are placed in a queue while i still owe commissions,
the commission process will take longer.
COMMISSION REQUIREMENTS
‣ Please be extremely clear with what you would want want in your commission
such as poses (references help me most) expressions, ideas, etc.‣ You must provide a clear flat colored reference sheet of your character.
I won't work with only text descriptions or shaded reference sheets.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
‣ Payments will only be accepted through Ko-Fi (PayPal)‣ I require payments upfront before i start your commission,
or if discussed then we can do 50/50 upfront and after the sketch.‣ All payments are in USD only‣ If payments are not completed within 48 hours to a week, your slot will be forfeited and given to someone else.‣ Refunds are NOT available, however i only give full refund if i am unable to finish your commission for any reason.
REVISIONS
‣ The subject of the commission cannot be changed after i have received the payment.‣ A maximum of 3 revisions are given during the sketch phase free of charge.‣ Only small changes can be made after the commission has been completed (such as coloring mistakes or i unintentionally made a mistake on your character) drastic revisions after the commission has been completed will not be made, as i have already completed my work.
PROCESS
‣ After the payment is completed, i will add you to my queue on trello.‣ I will update my trello with each phase of the art. However, you're free to ask for updates or revisions!‣ The finished art piece will be sent over dropbox providing high quality.
(or if requested, it can be sent via email.)
COPYRIGHT + USAGE POLICY
‣ As the artist, i reserve the rights to publish the commissioned artwork and use it to advertise through social medias. If you, the client wishes to keep the commission private, you must contact the artist beforehand. Additional fees may be added prior private commissions depending the complexity of the commission.‣ Under no circumstances may the artist's watermark be removed from any work.‣ Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.‣ All commissions are strictly for personal use only, commercial rights will never be available.‣ Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of
making or promoting monetized content.
NSFW RULES
‣ If your commission is NSFW, you confirm you are 18+ and subject to ID verification.
I reserve the right to ask for a valid ID (driver's license/passport also works) to PROVE your an adult.‣ All personal information will be kept confidential and deleted after verification. You are allowed to block out your face, legal name and other sensitive information.
‣ If you refuse to provide ID or provide false information, it will cause in an immediate cancellation and a blacklist/blocking you on all social media.
